First class response and service. Honest and genuine.
I needed help with my car key fobs which someone else said may be an immobiliser problem. H K Sparks came out and I found out that I had left stickers on the new batteries I had inserted. My bad lol..
Other diagnostic issues were also resolved after a diagnostic test

I called H regarding an electrical issue I had with my reverse light bulb. He came out at short notice and even changed appointments around to fit me in. I found him very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and he quickly solved the issue. I would high reccomend him.

I have a 2018 Mini. It never has a problem and yet a while back it did. The sunroof wouldn’t close shut and it was around the time of heavy rainfall (I know - rain in a UK summer……)

BMW wanted £200 to attach a computer to tell me it wouldn’t close and even for that I would have to wait 2 weeks. Through a good friend, I found H. He came to my house worked some magic but alas it was truly broke. H took away the car, bought all the parts needed and put her all back together. Just like Humpty Dumpty.

H has better customer service than BMW Mini
H is quicker to repair than BMW Mini.
H even washes the car before delivering back.
H even gave me a pen. Two actually.

Joking aside, H is a throughly nice guy who can turn his hand to almost anything. Courteous, helpful and kept me informed of all things during the process of repair.

So go on, give him a chance over those overrated people with no customer service skills at BMW Mini.

H will soon get the the issue. Many years experience. Great.

Great guy, Went out of his way to fit me it due to urgency. Carried out the job exactly as requested and at the quoted rate and addressed a couple of unknown issues (once taken apart!) plus offered lots of helpful advice. Highly recommend

At my wits end trying to bring back to life a 27-year-old Kubota ride-on mower that had been stored away for 5 years unused, and having run out of ideas, I contacted H K Sparks as I thought a mobile auto electrician might be able to help. Ignition lights came on, but starter just wouldn't fire up, despite my best endeavours. Great comms. initially as I made the enquiry and, very accommodating when I needed to change the original appointment. H turned up on time and rose to the challenge, having never worked on one of those machines before. He had even downloaded the electrics schematic for the model and brought it with him for reference. Over a period of the three hours he had booked for the visit, H checked everything electrical on the machine, and narrowed the problem down to a couple of possibilities. The bottom line is, H eventually solved the problem, and also carried out some work to secure the battery properly and make it safe when the machine was being used. The result was a working machine which was put to the test 2 days later and came through with flying colours over 2.5 hours work. I would have no hesitation in recommending H for any auto electric work. He certainly knows what he is doing, and whilst he might not be what some people call 'cheap', his experience and expertise, a van full of very expensive equipment, and the fact he travels to the problem, makes him worth every penny.

The problem that I had with my car took a while to detect. H being the person he is did not give up but persevered above and beyond to solve and repair the problem successfully. I found him easy to talk to as he explained everything clearly. Communication via email was very efficient. He was true to his word and delivered my car back to my home as soon as it was possible. So nice to meet a person who is pleasant, polite, efficient, honest and trustworthy. Thank you.

H diagnosed the electrical fault with boot/reversing lights not working in the rear of my Corsa. Repair carried out conveniently at home, all now working fine.

Phoned to discuss problem at about 12 noon, immediately had positive response. ‘H’ arrived around 2.30pm. Immediately diagnosed problem and solution. went to a deal of trouble to get best price for part.
All sorted by 5,30. Very knowledgeable and explained process while dealing with the solution.
All good, ‘H’ impressed with his ability, and importantly a decent good man.

H from HK Sparks came out on a freezing day to diagnose and repair electric window that was stuck open and central locking that would not work. Friendly and efficient and sorted problem within a couple of hours. Great service.

Fantastic service - was quick to respond after initial query and managed to fit the job in swiftly.

Diagnosed the problem and set everything out so I know what the repair would cost and how long it would take etc.

HK provided and installed a reversing camera to my 22 plate Ford Transit Custom.
They did a very tidy installation that integrated well with the Sync3 system and I'm delighted by the service.

H was friendly and helpful and saw the project through.
