HMUELFATE! Order 2 shirts back in late September. Received notification of shipment on Oct 1. Here it is November 23 and no package. I have previously asked for credit. They said they could not do give me credit but they would check with shipping co. Nothing else. The tracker still states the same. I will never buy from them again and I will be posting my reasons whenever I see their name.

2 months of arguing, a tracking number that showed the package sitting in transit for over a month, asked for refund and was told they shipped another package. 42 days later I get the package, hoodies smell like animal feces, and the 3XL fits like a medium. I ordered super big so I could have a baggy hoodie! The material feels like sponge cloth, garbage products from a scam company.

What GARBAGE your products are i would be embarrassed to even admit i work for you.. do NOT waste your money purchasing anything from this company. My order took over 2 months. First excuse my package was somehow someway lost in transit. Oh we sent you out another package 🤣 🤣 🤣. Miraculously my 2nd package arrived 2 weeks after that email. I finally received the sweatshirts hurry and open yhe package I was so Pissed when I saw what GARBAGE was in my hand. It felt like a plastic bag. I ordered an XL it looks like it can fit a child. I requested a return label, the response I received was oh we will refund you $17, wait what i paid about $100 for 3 sweatshirts and you want to remind me $17. You and your BULLSHIT company can KISS MY ASS!!!!!!

The order took over a month from Poland to Canada. The sweater size runs small, I ordered a large and I'm afraid to wash it it. The material is cheap as well. Not worth the money in my opinion.

This website is a scam. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 9, 2024. It is now January 12, 2025, and I have received nothing. They refuse to give me my money back and claim my package is in Kansas. However, it was ordered way before the tariffs were implemented. Sad excuse of a company, no one should order from this scam business

to say embarrassing is an understatement. I ordered 2 QR t-shirts and after more than 2 months I received 2 hoodies made of a poor quality polyester. I paid 50 euros to have 2 items that I will not use. I contacted "assistance" of Hmulefate and they say that what they sent corresponds to what I ordered. I sent photos and codes of the items sent which are different from the product codes of what I ordered. the response was a refund of 6 dollars. written several times, they remain firm in their position. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.

Purchased the QR sweatshirts for a Christmas gift, page said they would be delivered on before Christmas "guaranteed" did not get the item until February 16th! The product was too small, the QR doesn't work, and the material is cheap polyester material. When I contacted them, they started to bargain for the return and would not send a return label to process return.

This is their sorry excuse of a response:

Absolute scammers. I bought two jumpers back in November. As soon as it arrived in the UK, it got lost and they said they sent another. As soon as that arrived in the uk, once again it got lost. They offered to send another only if I pay shipping again or give a refund only after taking money off the refund for "loss of product". Don't ever order with these scammers. Disgusting help that keeps giving the same bull. Just give me my money back!

I bought a sweatshirt in the beginning of January I still haven't received it they keep telling me the same crap answer it's been now 2 months and they will not give me my money back horrible horrible scam website

Ordered two sweatshirts with a QR code but we never received them. When i went to do the tracking on it it says delivered in mailbox a month ago. Went to local USPS to see what happened to my package they claim the tracking number given is not a USPS number. Tried to get a hold of someone for the USPS number and of course you can't get a hold of anybody to answer that question.

Horrible. Bought an expensive sweatshirt and I never received it. They claimed it was delivered but I never received it. I asked for a refund or a replacement. They stopped corresponding. Such a scam!!

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS…fell for the 2 hoodie ad. Ordered XL black and military green with “free shipping”. When I checked out I went from $50 to $77. No explanation for the jump in price. Got regular updates even though slow, made it to the US, then nothing. When I inquired they advised it’s in transit. Waited 2 weeks still nothing, filed a dispute with PayPal, they resent 2 more. Received them and 1 hoodie is 3 times larger than the other. 1 fits probably a child, and it’s not green but neon yellow. The QR codes are crooked and don’t work, PayPal closed case in favor of the seller cause it was delivered. Such crap.

Do not fall for the advert, the QR code does not work and you will not get a refund if you return your item(s) - if you receive them at all to begin with. STAY WELL CLEAR AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHES.

I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present. When it came I tried out the scan code on it. It didn't work at all, which I immediately sent a email requesting help. I received a email back asking me to send pictures, videos etc. Which in turn I sent them what they wanted. I spent $45.46 they in turn said for compensation they would give me $3 usd. I laughed at that amount and said absolutely not. Then they came back with $7 usd, and again I said no. They said that they would not spend my original amount because their product was working. So they said ok I will compensate you $10. I returned to them and said I will be getting a lawyer involved because they are ridiculous. I will keep this going until I get my money back.

I ordered 2 bar code sweatshirts in December and never received them. I sent an email to the company and they are a joke do not order from this company they are scammers

I ordered my sweatshirt in the middle of December paid with PayPal and never received shipping info or the sweatshirt. I'm very unsatisfied and will hope they will atleast return my money

Recieved my 3 hoodies after 3.5 months......not one of the "barcodes" worked!!!! So far no responce form the company!!!

This is a scam. Seen the ad on Facebook ordered and never received. They said I received the wrong tracking number at first. It's been over 6 weeks no package and they completely ignore my refund request. Don't order from here not worth it.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered 2 hoodies as a Christmas gift. After a month, their site said delivered. Went to the mail, and opened the package, it was a black shirt and pants... not what I ordered. I contacted them, sent pictures, they said that wasn't their product. This company is a joke and should be shut down.
