Appalling service
Ordered a steelbook to be delivered to my local HMV , steelbook was dispatched on the Thursday, but by Tuesday had heard nothing got in touch with customer service on chat and they said was still waiting for it to come in, so I was prepared to wait, but by the end of the day they just refunded and said it was an unwanted return. Was not at all happy about this and no apology for doing this to me or send me another out.Never shop with this company again.

The assistant being an Elvis fan made it very enjoyable.

All round excellent experience
Ordering is easy. Great selection of vinyl online. Not always guaranteed to get limited editions in store so always like to preorder. Always friendly and professional service in the Canterbury store . Nothing is too much trouble and I always feel welcome & valued.

Excellent Customer Service
The assistant was able to assure me that although the item I wanted was not available in store, he could source it from elsewhere. It arrived by post three days later. Couldn't ask for more!
