Pleasant Experience
Pleasant, helpful staff, the DVD wasn’t in stock but was offered 3 options to pick up, 1. Was to collect from Chester
2. Was to collect from my local HMV Store in Wigan
3. To be delivered to my home, which was the more convenient
Ordered on the Friday, received following Tuesday, 4 days of which was over a Bank Holiday weekend.
Excellent service, a pity we Don’ t get this in every retailer, they could learn a lessen from an experience of visiting HMV Chester, Well done HMV

Not visited HMV in about 3 years due to…
Not visited HMV in about 3 years due to me moving. A lot has changed. But what hasn't changed is the friendliness of the staff, the variety of stock, and the feel you get when choosing to purchase from the high street! Spent just over £100 for this visit. My only disappointment, is the reduction in Classic Dr Who DVDs. I'm still very old school, I guess.

Very helpful staff member
Very helpful staff member, he assisted my son with finding a specific good value box set of 3 movies which we ordered. When we picked it up he remembered us, he (and other staff at the till) was friendly and helpful.

The servicer called jade in the store was fantastic, very friendly,helpfull and approachable. She helped me get the movie i wanted and got it ordered in for me. The delivery to the store was quick and i collected it with ease. It was all a great experience.
