I look on the hmv site for music, go for the one type of music thats new, go from there, when not available in store one of the members order it for if possible. when in store look around my self.

Great click and collect service
Ordered a vinyl via click and collect. Arrived earlier than expected. Shop staff very friendly particularly Andy who served me. Waited less than 2 mins to be served.

Lee at Chester HMV went out of his way to ensure the CD l wanted, which was not an in store stock item, was available and could be sent direct to my home address.
He placed the order for me, online and it arrived quickly and safely via Royal Mail

HMV are so helpful when making an order. Their emails are so useful in regards to said order so you are aware when your delivery is on the way or delivered :)

Won’t he shopping here again !!!
The staff were very helpful and friendly but my order was damaged when I opened it, luckily I opened it in store so they could replace it straight away !! This isn’t acceptable, products should not be sent in a cheap box with no protection !! Due to this I won’t be ordering again I’ll stick with Amazon as my orders don’t arrive damaged…..with them.

The training must be excellent because the the help and support from the staff was first class. The first record I purchased was faulty and the member of staff in the Chester shop sorted a replacement from Liverpool srore. I have not received it yet but can't wait to play it when it arrives.
