pre-order service + easy correction / update of credit card payment details
Very convenient pre-order service allowed me to buy a copy of a new CD in advance of its release date.
In the meantime, some fraudulent transactions on Amazon.co.uk made it necessary for me to cancel and replace my credit card.
Therefore, when the CD became available at HMV, my old credit details were obviously rejected.
Fortunately, I received an e-mail from HMV alerting me to the problem and -crucially - giving me to update my payment details and proceed with the purchase (rather than needing to cancel the purchase and start all over again!).

Great experience
HMV communicated with me when my item was ready for collection from my nearest shop. When I went to collect my record the staff in the shop were friendly and efficient.

Great selection of films from modern hits to niche classics. The staff are really friendly and helpful with their depth of knowledge and recommendations! Definitely worth a visit!

I managed to order my dvd online…
I managed to order my dvd online quickly and the service was excellent. You were the only company that had the dvd in stock, and it was with me within a few days. Ordering it was very easy too, the website was easy to follow. Also, the young lady who served me was pleasant and helpful and seemed happy in her job.
I shall recommend you to my friends and will order my dvds from you in future. Well done!

Swift and superb service as always. Phoned up and the gentleman very kindly searched for what I wanted and put them behind the desk for me to collect same day. Got me out of chase around everywhere to get Ozzy T-shirts for funeral procession in Birmingham. All our Ozzy T-shirts were in the wash🙄 Had no time to wash n iron so thank you HMV!
