Online order arrived with slight damage to record. Was told I could exchange it for another copy in-store, which I did. Thankfully they had copies available. Overall, reasonably satisfied.

Hi Eric
Thanks so much for leaving us a 5 star review - we’re over the moon!
Thank you for shopping with hmv and we hope to see you again soon :-)
Saturday morning visit to pickup an ordered CD..
Each member of staff that I spoke with knew their job, were engaging, helpful (with the result that I ended up spending more than intended) and made the visit enjoyable if more expensive than it should have been.

Great service and Prompt Delivery
The lass who served me was extremely helpful and found everything on my list. When you didn’t have the most obscure on my list in stock, she ordered it in for me, telling me it would be delivered by the GPO. She told me I qualified for free postage, which was an unexpected welcome bonus.
