Good web transaction, with agreement to email me when item reached my local HMV store. No email arrived, phone calls not possible, had to visit the store 'on spec', to discover item had been there for two days.

I ordered and paid for a vinyl on 12…
I ordered and paid for a vinyl on 12 december at Princes Street, Edinburgh branch and told it would be a maximum of 3 working days. It was to be a Christmas present for my daughter . But here on 24th there is still no sign of it.
Not impressed and won't shop there again.
