HMV made it easy to order an LP on line and collect from my local store at no extra cost. Well packaged item and friendly staff in store. And the range of vinyl albums is simply excellent..

I needed to order a cd for my sister, as they didn't have it in stock. Andy dealt with my order very efficiently
He took my e mail details and explained that I would receive 3 emails regarding the order. I picked up the cd a few days later. I was very impressed with the service and care taken in the transaction. Thankyou.

A difficult CD to find
The Assistant in your Exeter Store persevered to find a CD on the database for which I had some information but not the exact title. The Assistant did exceedingly well especially as it was during the Easter holidays and the store was busy. She seemed to enjoy the ‘search challenge’ which, fortunately, resulted in me having received delivery in the recent past of the ‘rare’ CD for which I was looking. Thank you
