Took 4 days for item to be dispatched then a further 3 days for it to arrive in store, meaning that there was a further delay in being able to collect it as I wasn't in town for several days after

Staff were very helpful when I couldn’t find the item in store and then suggesting I order it through them at the till which was very efficient.
