The staff are very helpful and friendly throughout my visit to the store they got my order for me without any problems they asked for id before I was able to collect my purchase after the staff member saw my id I was able to take the item they said have a good day we exchanged the same I have had no concerns about ordering in future

Excellent care both dvds arrived when stated great to be able to order items then have them delivered in stead of going in store to collect as most people who order can not get in store to collect

Please don't ask people to show their bus pass as evidence of identity, unless they are very obviously 75yrs + . I do understand that anyone over 50 can look ancient to someone in their twenties, but please err on the side of caution.

Joe Meek Discs
The compact disc box set of Joe Meek's Tea Chest previously unreleased material arrived O.K at HMV Leeds store and was very enjoyable.
BTW We have been after the Tea Chest tapes since earlier 2000, and I hope that more get transferred to C.D box sets.

I had to return a vinyl as I had bought the wrong one for my daughter for Christmas. Staff member was so helpful & helped me find the correct vinyl for my daughter that she wanted.
