HMV Liverpool staff were fab for Perrie…
HMV Liverpool staff were fab for Perrie signing but the security company needs changing or educating. There was myself and a few others who hold access cards and needed the access line. One female security questioned us at the tills what disability we had. Or how disabled we were. Legally they’re not allowed to ask this. Whether the disability is hidden or not. You just can’t do it. It’s discrimination.
Despite this the staff on the tills and around the shop were very helpful and lovely and the collection process was quick and stress free. Also having the shop empty was great for my autism too.

Although we have our own security staff, all security for in store appearances are hired from an outside company and are not employees of hmv or Fopp.
