I couldn't find the new stray kids album but when I asked at the desk they found it behind the counter. The staff member was brilliant.

Went to this store to purchase a book as a present for my husbands birthday ( we already purchased a book other week while in purchasing a cd ( present for our Granddaughter ) while in store seen books by Billy Connelly who we both love also was a great price so I went in while I was on my own a purchased a different book but also by Billy Connelly I know my husband will love it as well love the Big Yin
I was served by a friendly polite young Lady called Leah couldn’t help me enough
Great service definitely been in to purchase again

Good in-store customer service
Tim B - who works in the Livingston branch was very help, looking up an item that wasn't in stock and ordering for me.
If it hadn't been for him I'd have left without buying anything & bought the Cd online - probably from a different company.

My experience at HMV Livingston was great, the store manager Shelia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I was after. Seemed a really nice person and the other staff member I spoke to was great too.
