I always enjoy shopping at HMV
I always enjoy shopping at HMV. The staff are friendly and helpful, and if an item is not in stock, it's often possible to order an item either to your home address, for a small fee, or have it sent to the store of your choice. I particularly enjoy browsing through the many CDs, DVDs and Vinyl , of which there are many different genres to choose from. I also look forward to browsing the new releases that come out every Friday, and it's often exciting to find a new release you weren't expecting at the time! I would recommend HMV to anyone who enjoys Music and Films.

My experience was satisfying
My experience was satisfying. I went in to purchase a pop vinyl doll. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock, but they were quick enough to ask if I wanted one ordering and with in 4 days I had it In my hand. So all in all happy with my experience.

Sort it out HMV!
Come on HMV, sort it out! The Nottingham store is like a toyshop - too much merchandise. You’ve massively cut down on dvd stock to the point where even the most well known films aren’t on the shelf. I want to be able to browse and buy DVDs not POP figurines!

The Pop Culture sections featured in store have become a big part of the products customers purchase and to elevate this we have made the decision to expand the range, placing them in a more noticeable part of our stores.
Our Audio and Visual charts are still a core part of our company and can still be found in our stores as well as in the rest of the stores along with back catalogue items, as per usual.
While we do have a more extensive back catalogue range available via hmv.com, if there are specific back catalogue titles that you are unable to locate in one of our stores, please ask a member of staff who will be able to assist you further and if the item is available we should be able to get the item ordered for you.
We pride ourselves on the service that we offer but we rely on customer feedback in order to move forward and keep improving. We would therefore like to thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your thoughts.
