Amazing experience!
Ordering online was easy. Collection at store for cds and wristbands was also great and the intimate gig and signing were amazing. It was well organised and all staff were brilliant. However there wasn't alot of communication about timings for collection prior to signing which would have been useful.

Jane McDonald – meet and greet
The album signing and meet and greet was very organised by HMV, even to their bag and coat hold and keeping the energy high. They were particularly great with any customer that had a disability and also with the elderly making sure that they got to see the artist ahead of the able customers.
