When me and my daughter came to the…
When me and my daughter came to the store for the first time we were looking for specific album and when we look in the kpop section,we couldn't find the specific album we were looking for-as we went to the desk to ask about it they did inform us about it being on stock soon (staff were great and kind) so then a few days later we came back and we go my daughter the specific album she wanted and she was so happy that hmv kept their promise.

I really missed HMV when it left…
I really missed HMV when it left Queensgate and now that its back, I'm thrilled to bits. The place is great and the staff members whom i have spoke with are lovely, helpful and polite.
