Great service
Website easy to navigate. I found the item I required, easy to purchase and use the click and collect service. Friendly staff in store who found my item very quickly. Will definitely use HMV and the click and collect again.

First class customer service
After entering the shop rather than searching for what I was looking for I asked one of the assistants called Simon who took me straight to the customer department and looked on the system for what I was after. After looking Simon was able to order the CD and said that I would receive a email when it's despatched to the hmv shop at the Oracle shopping centre in Reading. I collected the item on Friday when I was doing shopping and only had to mention my name and what I had ordered.

Caring Service
Excellent service as on asking a cashier where/if a mobile accessory might be , she took me to it as unsure herself. She then said that SHE would know in future herself. I was using a walking aid,
This is not unusual as previously I have found staff there are always pieasant and professional but Never patronising. This is whether I’m using a walking aid or not.

Staff complete attentiveness
Even though the shop was busy the staff member we enquired about the DVD was Immediately attentive and focused on our enquiry. Throughout the progress to receiving the order by post we were given full attention with a smile.

Very helpful and friendly!
I bought the 3 for £66 deal but there was one record I wanted that was supposedly in stock, but I couldn’t find it. Multiple members of staff started looking for it, but after it was nowhere to be found I placed a click and collect order. Unfortunately when I collected the order, one of the vinyls came pre-scratched. I contacted HMV and was told I could take it in-store for an exchange, or post it back for a refund. When I went back into HMV Reading, the staff were once again very accommodating. I exchanged my vinyl for a different album in the end and it’s perfect, I love it so much. I was very happy with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff in store as well as online.

Ordering DVD.S
I found it easy to order the DVD i wanted to buy before I always into the HMV Store in Reading but I know find it easier to order online from HMV as I am unable to to get to the HMV Store i never used to be able to order be able to order DVD.S before but now I find it easier to Order the DVD.S
