Service is always great at HMV
Service is always great at HMV. The K-pop dance events were amazing. Wish they would continue to bring the events back as kids enjoyed going for the events and always bought albums and other items from there

An excellent service.
I preordered my cds from hmv earlier this year and I received emails from them detailing any changes to the release dates.
I also enjoy going into the store at Meadowhall as rhe staff are very helpful.

Easy to order online
Easy to order online, competitive pricing, chose pickup from Meadowhall store. Gave 4 stars due to 1 of 2 packages only being given ( 2 items packed separately in over size boxes. I thought they were in the same box, didn’t notice until got home and opened). Daughter returned to store to pickup 2nd package. Apart from that everything good…👍🏻

Excellent staff
My experience was great because of the staff. The cd's I was after were not on display, so spoke with staff and had them delivered to the store. In the past I spent a lot of time in HMV.

Ordered x 2 cds week before needed them, received notification midweek possible delay. Travelled to purchase from store on x 2 for 16.00 & 2.99 delivery offer as showing in stock, not in stock when arrived. Cancelled order - Absolute waste of time....!! Ordered from Amazon, next day delivery - FREE...!!! Stick with Amazon .. !!

Although the item I wanted wasn’t in stock there wasn’t any issue he immediately ordered me one online and arranged delivery to my home. I was then kept informed of what was happening concerning delivery due to high demand
