No problems at tall
No problems at tall. Ordered cds online and I picked them up a few days later at the Solihull branch. I was kept informed by email on my order status and when ready to collect. All good, very happy.

Hopeless click & collect system
Confusing website if you want click & collect in store. Stock levels in store are misleading as these can not be released to click & collect customers. You have to wait for days for identical products to be sent to store from central warehouse for collection. Really annoying.

Hi there. We're sorry to hear of your confusion. Any items ordered online are sent out to the store rather than being collected directly from the store. Apologies if this was not made clear to you.
However; we do have a service called Ring & Reserve where you can check stock availability in advance and have an item reserved for you for up to three days to collect and pay for in store. To do this; please call 0333 3230 667.

Very good store in Solihull
Very good store in Solihull, lots of choice and well laid out with lots to look through. Found too many things I’ve been after.. and some novelties. Helpful staff, very impressed. my local HMV closed a while ago and I prefer to browse and buy in store so I’m pretty happy to find the store here.
