Ordered dvd on line - had confirmation email which said I would receive email when goods ready to collect - no further email received. Went into store after a week, and my dvd had been there for four days - no contact.

Extremely helpful
Couldn’t find a dvd I wanted in store, so I asked the woman behind the counter happily ordered it online to store for me. Arrived quicker than expected and had no problems picking it up.

Great service and the prices
Great service and the prices are just right.
Always love HMV wish they had a greater selection of past albums and ones you can no longer get hold of.
