The staff was so helpful when I ask about a a DVD they told me that it was not in there store but could order it for me and it would take 2 or 3 days before they get it in for me so I ordered it and I got a text to go and pick it up as it was in the store the staff was so helpful to me thank you

God store, great staff

Very helpful staff. Always a pleasant experience shopping at both Staines and Woking stores, even if I can't find what im looking for.

I have bought a few CD's from them
I have bought a few CD's from them. Most recently I went into the shop to purchase some CD's but they weren't in stock. The man serving said that he would see if he could order them and get them delivered to the store. He searched and 2 of them were on offer. He was very helpful. I wouldn't have known about the offer if he hadn't of said about it so I'm very grateful ☺️
