I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful. HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.
I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

really wonderful experience!
my preorder came securely packaged and was undamaged, and Alfie at the counter was wonderfully helpful despite me being rather vague with what it was i'd actually ordered (i was very tired)! the item arrived in a timely manner, and was at the store and available for collection just a few days after it was released globally. very pleased!

My local branch couldn't find the item I wanted,(a limited edition vinyl).
Although there was one showing as in stock.
(Probably stashed away by a customer) which happens a lot
Apparently. 🤷♂️
A member of staff checked on the computer the warehouse had one left.
I ordered it, and it was delivered to my door a few days later.
