Awful audio quality on the record and…
Awful audio quality on the record and is faulty. New needle and it shit across the dead wax and onto the table.
Took the record back to the shop but said o had to phone HMV to sort a return out as it was an online order.
Phoned the number today and it’s closed for returns.

HMV in Warrington's Golden Square shopping centre is quite small but packed with a wide selection of music and more! I found a recently released CD by one of my favourite artists, that I didn't even know was out! Good price too, and friendly service at the till.

my shortest visit to an hmv store
my shortest visit to an hmv store. within 3 minutes the music being played over the store pa contained the lyric "f* ck ing" multiple times. I asked a staff member politely if they would turn it off to be met with what i'd describe as an "attitude stance" and the reply "why"?
Why do hmv not have a staff guide policy in place to stop this happening, it's not cool when the shop has children under ten in the store
(funny thing, trustpilot picked up on the swear word typed above and initially blocked this being posted)

I always look forward to visiting HMV. I go looking for a vinyl album that I know I want, but when I leave the store I always have at least one other album that I didn't realise I wanted, that was until I found it amongst the huge selection in HMV
