Horrible experience today
Horrible experience today, first the employees were all standing at the till talking, we went to ask a question about where an item is, and they all stopped and showed us attitude whilst asking, later I asked an employee if there was a bin, she looked at me and told me to go outside the store and throw it away. That was fine I just continued to look around, but then she stopped talking to her colleague and followed me around the store until I went to pay? I go to hmv all the time for a peaceful shopping experience, but the employees in this branch made that impossible, I felt like I was being watched and profiled consistently

Click and collect
I had a click and collect order and came in when the store had a stock recount but I was was able to collect my order easily and it arrived to the store very quickly,additionally the staff were very helpful and polite.

Great Staff
I went to an in store event and the staff were all incredibly helpful. I explained I’m autistic and they immediately assisted me and made the whole event feel as stress free as possible for me. I really appreciated it!

As always HMV came through for us
As always HMV came through for us. First time I’ve pre- ordered a new release vinyl from them and it was ready to collect two days before the release date. Really impressed. Plus the staff are AMAZING. All of them. We go in regularly now because the staff are so approachable, knowledgeable, patient and as expected passionate about music. We try to support indie stores but sometimes the staff are a bit aloof and seemingly judgemental. Not so at HMV. Thanks very much! I think the only genuinely nice people left in retail in London have been snapped up by HMV. If anyone needs to know how to do customer service go check them out. They’re brilliant.
