Didn’t fancy risking delivery to door from experience of damage for other goods by post recently. So used hmv click and collect as was an LP gift. York store were very friendly and service great.

The gentleman up stairs at hmv and the lady on the front desk at hmv.
The gentleman up stairs at hmv, was a credit to your business. I bought a Neil Diamond album and reserved a Ben Barnes album.
Also the lady I picked the cd up from absolutely a pleasure to talk to them both.
