A very recent order did not show up after I was notified it had been delivered. I notified Hobbylinc and they offered to send another. Thankfully my order was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I in turn notified Hobbylinc that I got my order. Hobbylinc exhibited exemplary customer service and I am very happy. My first order but not my last!

I ordered a plastic model from Walmart.com and after a few days the order was cancelled with no reason given. Ordered again from Walmart.com and it was cancelled again with no explanation. Found the same model at Hobbylinc.com for less money, ordered it just a few days before Christmas and received it before Christmas. Great selection available. Very reasonable prices and shipping.

I took up modeling again in 2020 after retiring and have used HobbyLinc numerous times for models and supplies. Quality, price, and selection are always phenomenal, as is customer care.

Update: 01/21/2023 - I stand by the above statement but want to add to my one complaint (stated below). I ordered two pairs of tweezers on 8 January 2023 and they did not ship until 16 January 2023. Once shipped, they arrived quickly, but why 8 days to ship these items? I ordered models from Plaza Japan on 01/10/2023 and actually received those the day before I received the tweezers -- not a great way to do business. While I like HobbyLinc, the shipping is just too much to overlook. I am now in the market for a new online hobby supply source.

I only have one issue, which is more a whine than a knock against the company. I live in Washington state, so it takes some time getting paint since it can only be shipped ground transportation. That is sometimes compounded by delays getting the paint shipped. To be fair, HobbyLinc gives an estimate on when the paint will ship, but that does not make it better. Maybe they could offer a $2.00 expediate fee or something, in order for paint to go out same day.

Hobblinc always has a great selection of 1/35 military models and they're always fast in fullfilling my orders. I'll continue to use Hobblinc for my future purchases!

I order mostly Military & Car models along with plenty of paint supplies. People must understand a family business isn't easy. Plus they are closed on weekends. So shipping could be a little slow but for the prices of the items its worth the wait in my eyes. Been a customer since 2018 never had a problem.

I have ordered from Hobbylinc in the past and recent had cause to get an accessory for our Christmas G-scale model train. They had the item in stock, it was shipped within a couple of days and I had the item by week's end. They're competitively priced and carry a large variety of the items I need to keep the train running.

Product selection is very good with reasonable prices. Customer support is responsive and provides helpful advice.

Most of all I enjoy a family owned business doing there best to keep there doors open. Prices are very far. Large selection. If its USPS, UPS, etc. its the time in shipping is what it is. But time of order placement to out door ??? I will buy again !!!!! I have alot in the favorites “Steve in Pa”

Many items are out of stock, particularly the Rome models, and it is very time consuming to sift through the site. "Oh look, there's a... Nevermind... Discontinued..."... "Maybe this would work.. Oh, nope, that's out also..."
Either post definitive times when things will be available, or pull them from the site if they are discontinued...there are not "thousands of items" on this site.. Take away all the stuff you cannot actually buy and it is probably closer to "hundreds".
I would not begin collecting from this site, no point if availability is unreliable.
The search for a consistent stock to begin my next large-battle diorama continues.....

Lately I have been finding better prices and quicker fulfillments elsewhere for n and ho scale train stuff. Getting product ordered out their door has always been like molasses however. Their response has always been something like "do you know how many shipments we do each day"? My reply is no, but if you know that perhaps you should gear up to ship more quickly. I have started looking elsewhere for much of my needs as a result.

I don't order stuff every day, but have used them over several years. The best one-word review would be "reliable" which isn't always the case with online orders. Never had a problem. Takes a few days to ship, but it will be accurate.
