I guess hobbylinc discards most if not all bad reviews.. It took days to pack order, more days to ship and if that not enough hobbylinc CHANGEDMY CHOOCE OF CARRIERS FROM UPS (Brown) to USPS (Snall Mail) And Lost my insurence on items THEY SUCK! MY Order #84541055

These people suck. Ordered 1 airplane 6 days ago and still not shipped, will never order a dam thing from these very slow shippers again....Your reply as always is just a poor excuse as this happens all the time, quit the excuse crap and fix the problem...

Had the exact paint I wanted (which was hard to find!) shipped quick and sent tracking number. Thanks so much!

My $100 order arrived with three items looking like salvage store products with [dried with residual tackiness] aluminum paint on three of my Allclad 4 oz primer bottles, one label completely wiped of text. No product name, directions nor warnings. I today realized the cap is damaged on my Allclad Black Primer and Microfiller. That's the bottle with the label text almost completely wiped away with solvent used to clean the mess.
When I checked my order status, the delivery date was pushed up the day the order was being picked.
Now I know why.
Having been out of the hobby 30 years, I have been spending lots of $$$ the past few months on tools, supplies, a compressor, airbrushes, and never ending, often pricey consumables.
The person who felt this was acceptable to send to a customer would feel as I do if it happened to them.
I'm very reluctant to do any future business with Hobbylinc due to this disappointment.
That will depend on if and how they respond to my gripe.
I would include photos, but I see no photo option.

I have made a number of orders for railroad related items, including scratch build stock, paints, glue...
It was easy to order from Hobbylinc and I received every order in a timely manner. In fact, I just received my last order today! Everything arrived safely and in good condition.
Ordering online is fast and easy. The shipping costs are far less for me than driving to a hobby shop, which usually don't have the items I want.
Thank you Hobbylinc for the many items you carry and the timeliness of your staff in shipping. I look forward to ordering again soon.

I ordered a lot of ho scale parts & track upon arrival box was open on end and some items missing. I emailed hobbylinc customer service they promptly filled the order of missing shipment, this day and age you don’t see customer satisfaction great company will continue with using them for my modeling needs. Of the 5 bottles of paint I ordered, 3, of the Tru-Color brand, were 1/2 empty. This must be very old stock. The other 2 , Revell & testors, were full bottles. I've have bought Tru-color before & bottles were full.

The company I used to order my copper strips from closed so I went directly to the manufacturer, K&S, to order. Way too expensive!! I found you guys who have the same item for far less and are much nicer to deal with. So glad to begin a relationship with you.

Love this place. Prices are the lowest I’ve seen and shipping is quick. Great selection of models (brands and scales). Have bought over 15 models from them in the past year. Customer service is great also; I was able to return a product with no hassle.

After Amazon misadvertised K&S .087 36" piano wire: alluding to 15 pcs but delivering 3 pieces @ >$15. !??!
I looked around, and found Hobbylinc. No equivocation, simply stated 5 pkgs of 3 pcs for ~$10. A new vendor to me, but worth a shot. Now an A list vendor, delivered as advertised - Extremely pleased.

I ordered from them on the 11th of January and Today January 21st my package is still in Georgia. Shipping time with them is horrible. Get it together folks. When I do finally get my package I will more than likely never order from them again.
Update...I received everything as promised. I didn't realize that they were a smaller business and I found where they emailed me in the spam folder. I will order from them again.

Although my order was very small, it was prepared and shipped quickly. It was well packaged, and the contents were exactly as described. The prices were very fair. I'm a very happy customer, and I will return!

I ordered a Trumpeter 1/700 Tirpitz last Christmas Eve on December 24. Shipper is USPS and estimated arrival is at January 6 Thursday 1 day before my birthday but much to my shock, it arrived earlier than i expected at morning on January 4 Tuesday. I checked out the kit after opening the package and i saw that everything is complete. No missing parts. Good job guys. Will definitely order from you again.

I have been using Hobbylinc for 22 years . Everything is
great with them . I like the way search and filtering works on the site which is way better than other sites .
