Never sent my nephews Christmas gift I ordered on December 20

I made a purchase for $79.96 no a single email or product received Be careful with this store that was 10 days ago!

I bought my some the Mike Tyson boxing punching bag it worked for 1 day. I have left 3 emails trying to find out the return policy and have not received a reply. I didn't want to return it I wanted to exchange and can't get a reply.

We've received our Crane from hobby. Tron, and it it does not work. It is four foot tall and a really cool gadget, but it doesn't work. It was not cheap either. We received the item late.And i've spent three weeks trying to contact patron to get some help. So far No one is helping so far. I can't get ahold of anyone. And the phone number available says the phone is full. Better business bureau next here we come.

I never recieved merchandise and I am still paying for the things I ordered

It was my first purchase from Hobbytron and for sure my son was happy to receive the gift i bought from them. The toy was super cute and it was a great gift for my son.

I ordered a toy for my grandson two weeks ago for Christmas. It’s now Dec. 20th. I paid for expedited shipping and insurance..additional $10.70! They don’t answer their phone or respond to your messages. They charged my American Express $85.00…now they are saying it is out of stock. What a FLAKY OUTFIT. SO MISS MANAGED. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

This company is a SCAM! You pay for rush order, they take your money and wait for your package only to be told via email their product is in back order! SCAM!!! Why let me order, let me pay, and pay for rush order no less only to have no toy that was meant to be a. Christmas gift! Avoid ordering from here! I am so angry!

Hobbytron charged much more for shipping and handling than is reasonable. Charged me $15 shipping on an item that fully packed only weighed 8 ozs. The item only costs $15 to begin with. I told them I didn't want "rush" shipping or insurance. They charged it anyway and sent me an email that they require all customers to pay the extra costs even though it does not mean they get rush shipping. What a ripoff! never again!

I purchased the "unbreakable glow in the dark helicopter" It stopped functioning after two uses. I contacted Hobbytron and they said they would replace the product. I never received it. Multiple emails and phone calls to Customer Service and attempts to discuss in the Chat Room, with no results. The company is not responsible and is bordering on fraudulent. They do not honor their guarantees. They got $75.98 of my hard earned money. and caused me allot of frustration. Do not buy anything from them!!

I ordered a mini drone never received a tracking number nor did I receive the drone I tried emailing there support and got no reply this company is definitely a fraud I will never shop at hobbytron ever again and I will be calling the bbb

Scammers I don’t get my product since before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since please don’t I don’t even receive a refund back luckily it’s only 50$ but still scammers .

Fraud. They don't have 24/7 customer support, they have a phone number that plays a message saying they aren't taking calls and to email them. They say they will respond to emails within 24 hours, but don't respond for days/weeks. When they finally did respond, they asked for more information and a video of the problem, which I sent them multiple times wi no response. Bought 2 flying superhero figures, one Spiderman and one Captain America for my kids for xmas. Cap America doesn't work. "Easy Returns" they say on their website. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of parents and disappointing kids.

I purchased an unbreakable Hercules helicopter for my grandson for xmas. When I gave it to him he noticed that the controller had a broken knob. I tried to call and the response was that they are only responding to emails. I emailed and they said I need to send a picture or video. I emailed those on Dec. 29th. Now it is Jan.14th and still no response. Not an email, exchange or refund! Very disappointed! Don't trust this company. They must be in financial trouble and don't have the money to refund. I do not recommend you purchase anything from the company Hobbytron!

I bought 5 Spiderman flying helicopters from this company for my grandkids for Christmas. I decided after I got them that they would be too hard for my grandkids to fly them, so I looked up the return instructions, and it said to e-mail them. I never got a response from them. So I called them. There was a message saying they weren't taking phone calls...to e-mail them. I ended giving the helicopters to my husband and son-in-laws for Christmas. These things are GARBAGE!!! You can't steer them, and it's hard to get them up in the air flying. I will not buy another thing from this company!!!

This company is a joke. DO NOT buy anything from them. Never received my item I ordered for Christmas, now that Christmas is gone I want a refund and they won’t even respond to my emails. Will be reporting them to the FTC.

I ordered 2 of the flying figures on 12/04/2021 and paid $65.89, and of today I haven't received either a refund or my order. It seems like theft to me. I sent many emails but they don't even respond to me. Any advise on what I should do would be great

I ordered a remote control HELICOPTER. After waiting two weeks for it’s arrival (and only four days remaining before Christmas) a remote control CAR arrived.

Too late to return it and get the helicopter in time for Christmas.

I purchased a a Galaxy Flex Track it's amazing my grand baby loves it he will be 3in January I will be purchasing another one so his mother and father can have one at their home thank you so much please who ever see this message your child will love this toy it's amazing

This company is extremely responsive, professional and has exceptional customer service. I would add an additional 5 Stars if I could. Highly recommend this company!
