Hobdens offered an outstanding service from start to finish. We had storage and everything was delivered in good condition, even the plants. They offer a full service including storing outdoor plants in pots.
The crews packing and delivering were great.
And they were also great value for money.
I would highly recommend them.

Everyone from the Hobdens team that I encountered were very professional and reassuring, from the quote, packing drop off and the move.  The moving day stress was eased considerably by the composed, helpful and efficient efforts from Lewis, Jamie and Shane.  A really first-class service, thanks very much team.

Hobden's moved us from Bristol to Clevedon a couple of months ago and went above and beyond. Really professional, efficient service and they even sorted us out with a storage pick up and drop off too.
One slight miscommunication with the office somewhere when it came to dissembling furniture, but the lads helped sort it regardless.

In one of the most stressful times, from the quote, to picking up packing boxes and the big day with Alex, Matt, Shane and Lewis, you were all a very professional crowd, reassuring, calm, unflappable, respectful and very helpful. All the protectors for the stairs and high traffic areas were genius. Thank you all the team in the office aswell answering all questions promptly, we highly recommend you.

Hobdens were absolute professionals with superhuman strength! Sam P, Jamie L and Shane were amazing - they just got it done. Everything ran so smoothly on the day, and they were incredibly careful with our furniture, floors, carpets and walls (even protecting them without us asking!). The price was very reasonable, and the whole operation felt effortless from start to finish.

We were absolutely exhausted after packing up until 3:30am the night before, but the team made moving day easy and seamless for us. Huge thanks to them all, couldn’t recommend Hobdens more highly!

From start to finish, Hobdens delivered (pun intended). Great and prompt communication around the quote (thanks Jo and Matt). Quick responses to queries, especially around moving date availability and prompt delivery of packing materials.

On the day, team arrived promptly and were just a pleasure to have in our property. Real care was taken not to scuff walls etc and Shane, Lewis and the team worked so hard. Great communication throughout what is a very stressful morning. Equally as good on the other side of the move too. They took really good care of my wife's large plant collection (indoor and outdoor). We paid extra for the bed disassembly/reassembly service and this was really worth it, again the guys were in constant communication, double checking anything they were unsure about.

This is the second time we have used Hobdens & Sons and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A massive thank you again to the entire team for making our home move as smooth as possible.

Sound thanks all. Survey, comms, collecting packing materials, the move and returning boxes etc after all really easy. The guys were great on the day with me, an emotional clueless wreck especially at my new place (stunned) super kind and really efficient. All our stuff was treated with care and nice to work with a local company that's important to me. Jamie and Lewis did my move, bish bash bosh all super quick with two lorries of crap. Honestly I had no idea what I was doing at the new place but they weren't phased. Appreciate the grace and kindness thank you

Never had a company that cleared the property as quickly, 2+ hours, and then upload into our new property in less than 3 hours. The boys led by Tim were brilliant. Would highly recommend this company.

Tried to book 3 weeks ago after receiving a quote but was told they don’t take bookings unless you have exchanged contracts.

Rang up 2 days ago to make sure the slot was still available to which I was told yes, but should now book incase the slot goes even though I still had not exchanged contracts but the risk was if you have to change your dates as you had not exchanged yet then it would incur extra charges, which I wasn’t willing to do. I go to book today after finally exchanging contracts and the slot has gone leaving me running around looking for a new company with a week to go. Didn’t even let me know the slot had been taken after pencilling me in the their diary. Rang 5 other companies so far, can’t get anything for the date I need now. Not good enough for apparently one of the best known and respected removal companies in the area.

Just moved 18 July. The whole team were fantastic, can't recommend them enough, and we will be using them again soon when my son moves

Jason and Tim worked like Trojans, did a fantastic job and both polite and courteous at all times, a credit to the company. I will highly recommend Hobdens in the future.

We didn't have the easiest of conveyancing processes, so Hobdens patience and support whilst we continued to change our completion / moving date was huge. The office staff were super friendly and understood the pressures of moving so a big thanks to them.

On the actual day of moving, the stars of the show were Louis, Jamie and Chris who packed us up in a few hours. On arrival to our new home (4hours drive), Jamie and Louis were absolute superstars- they worked so hard and were so polite and courteous! Thank you again guys!

I would recommend this firm in a heartbeat ... they were brilliant, supportive, understanding and all off the other things you need when you're stressed and trying to move!!

If we ever have to move again we would certainly choose Hobdens. Throughout the process they were polite and professional and did everything to make the move as smooth as possible. We did not get our keys until 4:45 and there was no additional pressure from the team. To speed it through a further set of guys miraculously appeared to help out. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! We are both elderly and recently moved from a 3 bed cottage to a 2 bed cottage, both with VERY difficult access, but the Hobden boys were magnificent. From the expert packing to the difficult locations they were cheerful and never complained. Well done Hobdens, we were VERY impressed.

Hobdens were brilliant from start to finish.

I should have written this review sooner but I’m sure after moving there’s always something else. Anyway I couldn’t fault the service at all, from booking through to the big day. Nothing was too much trouble for Shane and Lewis. Thanks to all of you. You made our move so stress less.
