Correct Merchant
The merchant had a great selection to pick from, easy to use website. It could improve the filters but still great. My order was packed very well, the delivery was a bit long but everything was fine. I'm very thankful! I will certainly be looking forward to having more business with this merchant!

no information about customs duties
I was not informed about the customs fee (23% VAT) when shipping from Italy to Poland and I had to bear this cost to collect the parcel from the post office. I only found out from the store that they were surprised. I find the lack of information about this fee unacceptable. Everything is fine with the coins.

I read from your review that they finally charged you 23% VAT which I personally think is absurd and an abuse that they did to you.
Your purchases were already taxed at 23% in Italy where we pay the Polish state 23% VAT on all sales made by Polish citizens.
How is it possible that they charged you VAT?
I am very sorry that you have run into this situation which believe me is the first time in years that it has happened to me!
