Fined me for parking in a free parking lot and following posted rules. I appealed and they did not even read my appeal, only replied with made up information. I appealed again and they didn't even respond, just threatened to take me to court. This company should be finned by the government for crimes against those who cannot afford to go to court with them. Criminals.

Even tho I have paid to park my car, I was told that by mistake i have added a hyphen sign (-) at the end of my cars registration number (while putting it in the automat machine). Therefore they have decided to make me pay the whole fine. All I see in this company is people who don’t have any consideration and regards. So disappointed!!

They charge a reminder fee by default. They claim that the first invoice was the one on your windshield. If it flew off or someone took it, or you never got it for any reason, doesn’t matter, you get a reminder fee by default. I called their extremely unhelpful customer service and Adina says the above. You always have to call because you will always get a reminder fee by default.

I got a parking ticket of 600 SEK in Gothenburg and I even had bought a ticket through the parkster app!
The parking was not at all obviously marked!
When I called them to complain they told me "the parking area is divided, the area where my car stood was residential and I needed to rent instead of buying a temporary ticket".
It was not at all marked as such!
This is robbery, people without any kind of ethics, shameful!

I was at a hospital where my daughter needed urgent care. There was a big parking area but poorly visible signs. How dare they take advantage of the situation at hospitals. They are a greedy company that wants to take advantage of sick people. I will contact lawyers and file a group lawsuit and will take them down. I got lots of connection so it will be great to see them suffer as they have caused thousands of others.

Horrible parking company.

The company has absolutly no customer service impossible to get them on the phone.

Additionally they are handing out tickets, without having working parking machines. I parked and tried almost hourly to pay a parking ticket, but their creditcard system where down.

Their probably incompetent kontrollants have not checked their parking system, but have just been writting out tickets, like if there is no tomorrow.

This company should have their license revoked, they are not even running an secure website in 2022, you are forced to running hojab.se insecure.

This is the biggest fraud company ever. Don’t bother paying their fines. The a$$hole Parking control person saw me Parking the car in the right place. And after I was gone, he put a fine on my car without any reason. We need to come together and sue this company for good.

Get fine on 850 sek . Park car on Lidl Angared parking and go shop 20 minutes. . Nobody answers. Only question who to report this bad company?!

Hojab is a parasit scammer company

Stay away from this company and Vastia Parkering, never park in their places! They are parasits of Sweden.

They apply dirty tricks to deceive you with deliberately unclear parking instructions so that they can issue a fine for your car. This company is such a shame for Sweden. As other reviewers pointed out, they do everything to issue a parking ticket for you, that is what they mean by "parking service"!

I parked at a place for visitors, paid through the app by following the instructions and left the place. When I returned, I found this yellow ticket with 850 SEK fine. To see if I misunderstand the instructions, I checked several cars parked on the same line and at least 3 of them got the same fine!

I disputed the fee and their response was that I should be on the visitor's list to be able to park in the visitor place! They never specify this anywhere in the parking spot and there is no way to know about such a stupid rule. How come I am on a "visitor's list" for the place that I "visit for the first time"? Probably there is no such a rule and they just made it up to be able to issue a fine.

I hope they go bankrupt and can never ever function in Sweden. It is unfortunate that municipalities (or, whatever authority is hiring them) hire such parasit companies. There should be legal consequences of these evil actions of such parasit companies (not just being banned from operation, they should be on trial for stealing money from people).

Fraudulent company that withholds the ability to contact them which by law is required.
They have a phone number with no opening times and no one answer it.

Their website cannot be trusted as they are not using any form of security on it.

These people are butchers, liars, cheaters and FRAUDS. They put fines on cars without any legal reason. They just put fines so that people have to pay as they have no other option. They never reply if you try to contact them..Biggest scammers in this country!

I parked my car near the dagis to pick up my kid. And I got a fine with the reason '1 minute parking at the reserved parking place'. In addition, there was no yellow slip in the car window that day, and several days later I got a påminnelse saying I should pay. Ghost company?!

I got parking fine even after buying parking slip. They say it is tilted. It was clearly readable time and and date on the the slip. They are really extorting moneny without any reason.
