We've been working with Holbi for 4 years and they have been able to develop a bespoke website setup that works for us. They are responsive and quick to resolve issues. Our requirements can sometimes be unique and they have been able to accommodate for the bespoke developments we have required. We look forward to continue working with Holbi.

I have used Holbi for a number of years, this will be my last. In my experience they provide a bare minimum of service. Their so called ‘free’ security certificates require monthly replacement which disrupts my service every month and means I have to delete and then add the email accounts on my phone on a monthly basis. Despite monthly complaints they do nothing to resolve the situation short of insisting that I pay for a service that they advertise as free of charge and fully managed. Disappointing

I have been working with Holbi Ltd for over a year and their level of support and service has been first-class. They are always on hand to assist with queries and deliver all websites / products to the highest standard.

The most impressive element to Holbi Ltd is their staff. They have provided fantastic support to me since day one which has played a key role in the growth of my organisation.

These guys have been really good. Probably my favourite team of developers in the last 5 years.
The thing I appreciate most about them is the no BS approach. They will not waste your time. They will really try to be mindful about the deadlines and about the the budgets. And they will assume responsibility in case something goes wrong - and they will fix it, sometimes faster than you might expect and / or with better results. Worst case scenario, you might go over the deadline but not over the budget. And things will always work out, eventually :)) - sometimes better than expected!
They know when to say "yes", "no", "I don't know", "not possible within the current budget / timing", "we'll do it". You will be able to rely on them, as they will make things possible, and not try to squeeze extra development time from the customer for half baked solutions - unlike 90% of developers out there (sorry, ladies and gentlemen, that's just my direct experience).
As far as technical solutions, the integration between hosting, e-commerce platform and plugins just works, means if something needs fixing, optimisation, customisation, they will be able to deliver it. No more "this is not our problem - hosting must fix it / the main platform developers must fix it / the plugin developers must fix it".
Keep the communication open and professional - it will pay off. They will be there to help, not to rip you off.

We have a long relationship working with Holbi now across our group of companies and we've worked together over the years to launch (and relaunch) a number of our company websites. They have always been extremely flexible in accommodating our web project requirements, irrespective of time or budget constraints we've had to work to.
We've found we can always rely on their technical expertise to fulfil very niche or bespoke requirements, we've put some very unique briefs to them in the past and they've always managed to find a solution.

Poor communication and customer service. Our website was just shut down! Yes we had received a couple of reminders that the invoice was due but wouldn't you have thought that a half decent company would have just called to discuss rather than just switch your website off!

We've used Holbi for around 3 years now for all of our website development requirements and always find them to be friendly, highly professional and produce exactly the results we need within the timescales we require.

We have been working with Holbi for several years now. Started out as a small Kayako helpdesk project has grown into full Kayako support and year long programming contracts to assist the college in converting Coldfusion apps to PHP.
We have had great success with Holbi, communication is easy, weekly conference calls and Jira tracking of projects, makes working with Holbi on large projects a breeze.
We are working on a second, year long contract with Holbi to provide additional programming staff/hours.

I have been using Holbi for many years to link our websites to Sage or Ebay/Amazon. After being let down by different developers and companies over the years I decided we needed to approach a new site with the theory that we needed a company who could do everything we needed with no 3rd party involvement - bring on Holbi.

The team at Holbi have been working with me for months on a new website that links with supplier stock availability feeds, Sage, Amazon and Ebay. I told them what features I needed and they have achieved all of those and more, the end result is fantastic. After being let down so many times by other companies I was a little stressed at times, and they put up with me throughout - I am really looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Holbi for many years to come, as we all know when it comes to ecommerce things are changing all the time.

Anton was amazing - extremely patient through a job that threw up a lot of curve balls.

I contracted Holbia to create a link between a customer's Retail Manager Point of Sal and a Joomla Virtuemart store. What we both considered wout be a fairly easy job quickly turned into a nightmare as the initial installation and set up of the point of sal system had left a lot to be desired causing Holbl to have to write and rewrite integration scripts for the database many times over. In what became a very frustrating and at times heated process, the Holbi developers were always professional and explained what was going on and in the end we got there and the system works as well as anyone could hope. Great guys.

I have been working with Holbi for the last 2 1/2 years. I have a custom site that they took over development and maintenance for. For 2 years I was for the most part happy with them. They were responsive and communicative. They did a good job and fixed any issues that came up. 6 months ago I renewed a service contract that was supposed to afford me prompt response and fixes within a short period of time. It has been a struggle and I feel that I have to harass them continuously to get a response. I have had weeks go by without response. I have simply asked several times that they cancel the maintenance contract and refund me the money for the time remaining. I have not had any response on this request. I can count 13 different e-mails from October to today complaining about response. Some after weeks without word. I even asked several time what was going on?? because the lack or service was surprising to me. I have always paid promptly, given any help and access they asked for.
Anyway, I am hoping to have them do the right thing and refund my money.
Wish me luck...

If only all the companies we work with are as professional as Holbi, life would be so much easier.
They immediately understood our wants and needs and translated them into a for us easy to follow project. During the proces they were very patient and answered our questions and remarks immediately.
We will continue doing business with Holbi and have no reservations recommending them to anyone looking for a quality website.
