Excellent Service and a Smooth Car-Buying Experience!

5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a brilliant experience buying my car here. The salesperson was really friendly, patient and helpful throughout, sorting everything quickly and keeping me updated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and even after I collected the car, their follow-up service was excellent. Highly recommend this dealership!

Wes on the service desk was superb

Wes on the service desk was superb. My first time at Macclesfield and he explained the service and kept me informed through the whole process. All I could expect was delivered. First class customer service

Think more before buy a car in that store!

In Warrington store!

Staff have cheated me deposit, as per our conversation, the refund will return to my account a few days after we decide not to buy the can. But up to now, almost 3 months, we still haven’t got it.

Highly recommend!

Bought a Hyundai i10 back in August and received excellent service from Anika. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I was given a great deal on my old car. Highly recommend this place.

Mazda Holdcroft Hanley

I was happy with the service at Holdcroft Mazda Hanley because Natalie was simply brilliant from start to finish. I didn't really know what I was looking for and she took the time to outline different options to me and everything was explained really well. I never once felt any pressure or "pushing" and the whole process was just so simple and smooth. Nothing has been too much trouble and any questions I had were always answered straight away. My car is beautiful and was definitely the right choice. I couldn't be happier with it.

Holdcroft Hyundai Macclesfield

It has taken me from the 7th until 23rd to get someone to take ownership of the appalling service endured on the 7th. Start with a lack of parking, service reception staff that can't make eye contact and offer no information at all about the work to be carried out, continue with no update on progress or indeed car being ready. Upon collection the car interior reaks of petrol, no effort made to vent this or even let this customer know before I open the door. Same service receptionist then treats me like an idiot stating "It's fine that will soon go". Formal complaint raised with Hyundai UK who then took 9 days to take no action and forward the complaint to the dealer, that I was trying to let them know about. Today, still no contact from anyone, I rang Holdcroft Macclesfield and asked for General Manager (on holiday), arranged a call back from Andrew Salt, this occurred after he had aquainted himself with all the correspondence that had been 'sat on'. So, the 2nd star is because I've finally been acknowledged, been assured Andrew is looking into everything that I have brought to his attention with a view to bring the dealership up to the standard it has clearly fallen below. I'll have to watch the reviews for signs of improvement as I won't be returning in the short term.

Dreadful Service. Left in the Lurch for a Month

Awful service from Holdcroft. I took my MG4 to them in Stoke due to the car not charging properly and disconnecting itself on multiple chargers. It won't charge more than a few percent before disconnecting. They took all day to try and do some software updates, that failed. Then told me they'd raise a ticket with MG to resolve and call me back. Never had a call back. Just phoned in to find that they have no record of anything. I wasted an entire day next month and we've really been struggling with the car waiting for them to come back to us. Absolutely not acceptable behaviour. It's now degraded to a point where the safety features of the car aren't working. It won't fully stop and stay stopped using just the brakes and is unsafe to drive.

Great experience

would just like to thank Andrew Bradley at Hyundai Cheshire Oaks. He made the whole experience enjoyable and less terrifying for our eldest to buy an i10 and px her old car. A very personal service with nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I don't like used car sales people

I dealt with Tony from used car sales and later Joe the manager at 'Holdcoft Handpicked' in Wolverhampton. I really don't like the process of buying a used car one bit. I must say that Tony and Joe managed to changed my perception. It was refreshing to come across such genuinely nice chaps who were completely honest and up-front. I would recommend these people without hesitation.
