Martin serviced our boiler today. Really nice guy. Worked very cleanly and efficiently. Explained everything to me. Earlier in the week Mark visited to explain the operation of our system at our new house. Again really helpful. Will certainly use again.

Martin arrived to do our annual boiler service. He detected a leak on our (very old) gas meter. He politely explained he was required to cap off the supply until it was sorted. He then called Cadent and arranged for them to attend to fit a new meter. They arrived within 15 minutes, replaced the meter and Martin completed the boiler work. Brilliant service from Martin along with a polite and friendly manner. Highly recommended !

Our combi boiler developed a leak. Martin turned up promptly to assess the problem. Thankfully it wasn’t terminal and the new part was swiftly ordered and fixed quickly and professionally by Martin who was extremely polite, knowledgeable and happy to say that we are now leak free. Thank you

Had a new gas combi boiler installed by Leigh and his apprentices. He was nothing but helpful and a model professional. Nothing was too much to ask for him and it feels like he went above and beyond. He was polite, friendly and hard-working and did a neat job.

Hello, our family have recently had new boiler's fitted at two different addresses, the gas engineers that did the work were very professional and polite in every aspect of the job, they never even stopped for a break the workmanship was excellent, for two young men you have got top blokes, thank you for your excellent work.

Mark initially came out and quoted for the job after completing the online form, recommend the boiler that would best suit me and then sent a revised quote the next day. I booked in with the office team whom where very helpful and even rang twice when they had cancellations seeing if I wanted it done earlier. Great service! On the day I had ash and his apprentice turn up promptly in the morning as discussed whom quickly got to work. Ash did a great job and kept everything neat and tidy and explained everything that was done and spent time showing me how to use the new boiler. The new boiler (vaillant 830) is much better than my 16 year old Worcester. Id recommend these guys to anyone who needs a new boiler/repair work thanks again to ash for the top job done

We had Leigh and luke come round and take out our bk boiler out and put in a combo and all radiators replaced. The work was excellent ! Good communication and very nice chaps indeed. They even covered all the carpets to ensure no dirt or rust escaped. Very professional, the company gave excellent customer service and I would highly recommend using them, 5 stars 🌟
