We have recently had our boiler repaired by Martin from Holdcroft Heating. They are a very professional company you feel you can trust. The girls in the office kept us updated about the parts and when the work would be completed.
Martin was punctual, reliable and a very tidy worker. He is a credit to the company.

The team at Holdcroft were brilliant. We needed a new boiler quickly as ours had died and they sent a quote and fitted the new one very quickly. Boiler broke on Monday, new boiler fitted Wednesday. Speedy, high quality service from a fantastic company. Trustworthy and good value for money. Everywhere was spotless after instillation. Fantastic!

Ashley, Alfie and the electrician did an excellent job for us. We had a leaking boilermate cylinder removed and replaced with a new Thermflow. In addition we have a new Worcester Bosch boiler and Honeywell remote control installed. Good work ethic, quality installations and clear explanations. Thank you.

Martin came to do our gas safety check today, as foster carers we need this every year. We were sent a reminder that it was due, and were booked in within a week of contacting them. He was very friendly polite and professional. And didn't make any mess which is great. You can pay by cash or card on the day. A very easy & affordable transaction. Highly Recommend.

Ashley and Alfie attended our home to fit a filter to our Valliant boiler, also replaced a 10mm Lockshield Radiator Valve, and checked and balanced the whole system.
They explained everything clearly during the process, they were very well manered and professional throughout, a credit to the company, very well done.

Really good customer service. My 92 year old mother’s boiler broke down the evening before I contacted Holdcroft heating, I explained the situation to the customer service representative and she arranged for an engineer to attend in the afternoon. Phil who attended diagnosed the problem and promptly sorted it out. Very pleasant and well mannered person. £65 call out charge which is very reasonable when you compare to British Gas who would have charged £125 for the first hour. Will sort a service plan with them for my mother now as I have used them for a few years.
