Patrick Holford-Let down by his organisation
I have read many of Patrick Holford's books and have a great belief in his commitment to assisting us in our lives so that we have an alternative to anti depressants. However, I feel very let down by his organisation. I live in the Republic of Ireland and I ordered his products online. I fully expected that their may be a delay due to the new Customs requirements now that the UK are no longer in the EU. However, it mateialised that the products I ordered were returned twice by Customs due to the 1p value that was put on them by his organisation when posting to me. This was a completely unacceptable amount for the goods and was duly returned to the supplier by Customs. In the end after many attempts to get the goods I had to give up. I wholeheartedly wanted to try his alternative approach to antidepressants but as I was so let down by his organisation I was left after many months waiting on his products due to the ineptitude of his admistration that I had to resort to conventional antidepressants.

We have investigated with the warehouse and they say that their system gives the products the correct value on your order and can only think that the system for some reason blipped. They send their apologies and are taking steps to ensure there is a double checking process for overseas orders.
It is challenging getting orders to Ireland since Brexit which is why we have an info link about these on the website checkout page for customers to read before placing their order. We also offer details of our Irish distributor, Natural Medicine Company, who supply Irish stores and can provide information about stockists. However, they don't supply all Patrick Holford's range, and we understand your frustration with this.
We apologise again as we know you really wanted to try Patrick's natural approach. There have been some recent legal changes and we hope Natural Medicine Company will soon stock Patrick Holford's Mood Food and Chill Food. We ordered the 100% Health Pack but have not received this in months, just the individual bottles. This is not a convenient solution at all. We are fed up with it and now wish to cancel our subscription

We apologise for not supplying your 100% Health Pack and understand why you have cancelled your subscription.
It is a very popular product, so we are now ordering increased quantities to avoid letting our customers down. Due to the number of supplements and length of time to pack, it has a very long lead time. By increasing the order quantity, we will no longer have stock issues.
The packing company has today confirmed that new packs will arrive the week of 24 February. We will then be in a position to provide you with the February pack that you were due, so you have the more convenient blister strips. We will be in touch via email to arrange this.
We do value your custom and are sorry to have caused you inconvenience and not met our usual high standards.

Why won’t they communicate with me
Despite emailing 3 times and phoning multiple times, I have still to get them to answer the phone or to respond to my emails.
My products arrived quickly and I’m happy with them, but I couldn’t set up a subscription and to join on the website and need to speak to someone.
