We have investigated and see your order was placed on a Saturday. It was then dispatched Monday (the next working day) and is showing as received Wednesday via Royal Mail tracked. This is as per the delivery timeframe indicated on the website.
We do send out tracking emails and links and it is possible yours went into Junk.

Super fast delivery
I was looking for a delivery option 'next day' for my order but there was only one standard option, which I expected to take several days. However, for a very reasonable £3.95, my order was delivered the following day by FedEx. Couldn't have wished for better service!

Unusually no delivery always been on Time of not early
Unusually, my items order have not arrived yet despite being advised digitally this would 2-3 days. Ordered This Friday (just passed) and still no delivery today Thursday, 01/02/2024. I have never had a problem with delivery from this company: Holford Direct before. Not sure how constructive I can make this feedback.
Brilliant Customer Service Holford Direct have re-sent my delivery through another carrier and notified me my order will to arrive tomorrow. Hopefully it's the full order because on Friday 1 item was the last one in stock.
Yay, received everything I ordered - so changed my rating to 4 stars.

We have investigated and although the order was dispatched the same day you ordered it (26 Jan) the tracking hasn't changed which means I'm afraid that Royal Mail have lost it. It may well turn up, however we have dispatched another parcel again today. We apologise again that you didn't receive your first order when expected.
If you agree that we don’t warrant a one star review then we would be really grateful if you can amend the review to a rating that you think is appropriate, or delete it completely.
Future customers rely on reviews to decide whether to order and also look at the overall rating to make a judgement. One star reviews impact on this and can have a huge impact on small businesses.
