Thanks to Mr. Arad, Mr. Mustafa, Ms. Hadi, and our driver in Kaz — our adventure in Kaz was truly exceptional. You are an outstanding team, and it was a pleasure meeting all of you.
However, I would like to highlight that the reservation team in Dubai needs improvement. The interaction was not polite, and the response felt dismissive and even gaslighting, simply because I could not answer the call due to work commitments and needed to adjust a few arrangements before finalizing the booking date. I was also told that flexibility was not possible and that refunds would not be provided, which came across as unnecessarily threatening and unprofessional. After the reservation was completed, there was also no further contact or follow-up.
Furthermore, my thanks go to Ms. Grace for her helpful guidance and for clearly presenting what Holiday Factory has to offer.

I booked the Armenia–Georgia package from Holiday Factory and they completely misled me. I specifically asked them about entry restrictions, but they assured me everything was fine. When I reached the Georgia border, I was denied entry and had to arrange my own return flight. There was no support, no guidance, and no responsibility taken by their team. I have filed a case against them with Dubai Consumer Rights for their negligence and misinformation.”

I recently travelled with Holiday Factory to Armenia and Georgia. The trip was wonderful. Everything was well managed from start to finish. The hotel, transfers, and daily arrangements were handled smoothly. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the trip. They also arranged food based on our preferences, which made things even easier. I am very happy with the experience and would recommend their service to others.

Kazbegi was so awesome and it was our last day in georgia. We had too much fun and our tour guide Ms. Anana was so informative , energetic and fun. She took us through all the locations and explained us about history.

We had a great time on our tour to Kazbegi from Tbilisi. Special mention to our guide Anano, she provided great guidance and was very active and friendly which made our whole tour very entertaining.

The hotel room is totally horible ...the fatty customer service is rude...so disapointed
