Was picked up from the airport on time nice friendly driver taken to our hotel. Also was picked up from our hotel on our return journey on time nice pleasant driver. Would definitely use this company again.

Easy to find the representative. But paid for an english speaking driver and he didnt speak a word of english

Long queues at reception slow to resort on return payed extra for only four pickups/ drops took a long time to get to airport with many pickups

We were disappointed in lack of information about the bus time, if we knew the bus was at 17.30 we would have stayed in the warmth of the airport, rather than standing out in the cold at the bus stop.

Very Disappointed. The transfers to the hotel took 3 hours, when the paper stated 1 hour and 30 minutes. The driver seemed very confused.

We paid for a private transfer and when we got there we had to share with another couple and wait around for them to get there, on the way back the taxi was late, I tried to ring up and ask about it but the person on the phone didn't understand English. There is absolutely no communication after you book the transfers, I would have assumed we would get a text or email saying the taxi was on the way or still booked, but we got absolutely nothing. Awful service. Avoid. Also we paid £36 for two ways when a taxi to the airport only would have cost about £10 so it was overpriced. Save yourself stress and money and just book a taxi from your hotel.

Picked up promptly, clean comfortable car and friendly skilled driver.

Got dropped at the wrong resort. Luckily it’s not been that far away from the right one.

Later one made a mistake myself but they corrected it right away. So I’d say we are even. Therefore revised from 1 -> 3

Excellent service from simple booking process to great customer experience both on arrival and departure. Even when our our flight changed, a quick email and they rearranged our pick up time. Lovely clean Mercedes vehicles and a top notch driver each way. Took the hassle out of the journey both ways. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I am not happy with my holiday transfer experience in Miami. Although I completed the online booking, printed my vouchers, the driver in Miami didn't want to accept the voucher, as if he was totally unfamiliar of the voucher, and insisted that he would not transfer me to the airport because his company didn't instruct him to carry me. It took so long in trying to explain that I thought I would miss my flight! It was a real struggle
