ABSOLUTELY APPALLING HOTEL

My name is Charlotte...I made a booking for this hotel thinking it was up to standard. WELL....it was disgusting,filthy dust on window pains, beds small my partner laid on the bed and his feet hung off the bed. Staff member GLORY who is the receptionist was unhelpful. I put in a complaint to Booking.com and they emailed me to say the Hotel refused to give a refund as it was up to standard. I contacted the Hotel and spoke to GLORY when I asked her questions she put the phone down. I called back and after about 5 minutes she answered and said she was told by her manager not to give a refund when I asked for his name she refused to tell me. She commented that I was shouting at her which I can honestly say I wasn't as I work in customer service and know how to deal with customers. She just refused point blank to accommodate me as a customer. From the beginning when we arrived at the hotel her attitude was not a friendly one ... so much for good customer service .. they should be ashamed

Appalling disgusting hotel

Stayed here for Notting hill carnival this year, hotel was great for the location for the carnival but the place was just disgusting!! It should be a hostel or a rest place for the homeless! It was dirty, grotty, disgusting, run down..

They were put up beds in a room the size of a cupboard under the stairs!

Carpets are disgusting, stained, burnt.

Walls are black instead of what they look like they're meant to be white!

Bed sheets were filthy! Cig burns! The headboard had fallen off so they just nailed it direct to the wall with nails sticking out the wall!

A mini fridge which had UHT milk inside but must have been there that long it actually had turned into mould and stank!!

Just a very very bad hotel and would NOT recommend to anybody!!

Customer service is terrible also to add to the disgusting state of the hotel
