I always enjoyed the pastry on a meat pie, but lately it is horrible, and the pies look like they have been rolled round the floor with black bits on them. Someone’s idea to change things, but not f... See more

The same Holland’s name but don’t be fooled their products are disgusting.

The quality and content of the Holland's products have been systematically reduced over the past few years and now I believe that they have reached a point where they are probably the worst buy and lowest quality products in this market, Out of 3 puddings we found one piece of Kidney, the very small few bits of meat that were in them was gristly and chewy, they consisted of 80% gravy and the suet was thicker than ever.
The meat and potato pies have become pastry containing Slushy mashed potato with almost no meat evident. The Holland’s name in my opinion has been irrevocably tarnished by cost and quality reductions, the current owners of this company know what they have done and clearly don’t care what they have done to this fine old pie and pudding making institution.

Shocking cheap pies and full of…

Shocking cheap pies and full of msg/yeast extract. Meat pies are now like brain mush, puddings are full of gristle. Meat and potato pies are like baby food and the cheese and onion is unrecognisable to any cheese I've ever tasted.

Everyone else has improved their game but Holland's are still churning out cheap rubbish. Why do the majority of food manufactures needs to use MSG in their food but try to hide it giving it a name?

No wonder in Britain theres a epidemic of obese unhealthy kids when the foods are unrecognisable to home made dishes, everything is quick and easy and full of excitotoxin and enhancers.
