Disappointing Hollington Doors
I booked for Hollington Doors to visit my property to provide a quote to install and up-and-over garage door.
On the day they were due to visit I was called to be told one of their vans had broken down and they would not be able to attend the appointment.
The visit was re-scheduled and on the day of the second appointment I was called to be told the visit could not take place due to staff shortages.
While both of these excuses may have been legitimate I hoped that having been cancelled once, I would be prioritised going forward, but that was not the case and when I expressed this opinion to the company they offered no other comment aside from the need to re-schedule.
This is very disappointing treatment and not what you would expect when dealing with a potential new customer.
