Holmans came to my rescue when my washing machine died and the D&G Insurance Plan I had on it failed to deliver timely repair s. I ordered through Holmans, easy, and it was delivered installed and old washer recycled within 3 days! The guys who delivered and installed are real gems. Despite very little manoeuvring space and difficult access to connect I heard no complaints. Very amenable, helpful, reassuring and nothing too much trouble. A Big Big thank you from me and the family.

Ben was knowledgeable but not pushy and very personable. He answered our questions but allowed us to make our own choices.

When the washing machine was delivered there was some kind of technical hitch. The team didn't let it faze them: installing it properly was the sole objective, however long that might take.

All in all, lovely people to deal with.

Existing freezer went kaput.
Did a quick check on the web and as we had Blomberg appliances already and very pleased with them I ordered a FNE 154P Freezer at 0930 it was delivered at 1400 hrs the same day.
Brilliant service and another disaster averted.

Absolutely amazing service from Ian at Holmans! We were let down by a hire supplier on the day of our event and needed a freezer to purchase to store ice. I emailed at 11pm on a Friday evening and by 9am the next morning Ian called me with a solution which he was able to deliver the same morning. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I phoned Holmans of winbourne .as I needed a new TV .I spoke to Paul and told him that I needed a TV that works well with separate Bluetooth headphones......he did his homework and called me back with his recommendation. They delivered it that Friday and set it all up for me..I cannot fault Darren the technical man .he went above and beyond to help me work out how it should be worked.10 out of 10 for the service they provide.....p.s and they have the same prices as the big boys...

Awful customer care. Very rude in particular one guy. Purchased a charger and plug which broke after one use. Which left me having to purchase another. Total cost was £28 but as it was only the cable faulty I got a £9 refund. What good is out one to the other to me? I would avoid this shop. Left them to have the working plug as no use to me!

We have just bought an integrated dishwasher from Holmans and had them recycle my old one and fit a new one. The chaps went above and beyond on what turned out to be a very difficult job, which involved sawing wood of the base underneath and removing and reinstalling LED lights I have running round the base.

They were also friendly, personable, and most importantly, they liked my dog; and my dog liked them.

well where do i start fantastic sevice i bought a cooker i bought the 0ne on show so he knocked off £20 delivered right on time in four days .he could't wire it in one of the terminals where broken so he knocked another £85 off what a brill place i will certainly use them again 100%

Fantastic service, I would recommend to Holmans to all. When they came out to set up the TV nothing was too much for them. They were very clean and tidy workers.

I cannot speak too highly of the service received from Holmans at Wimborne.I have bought a number of items from them over the years, but recently I made a mistake over the size of a new TV ( wife not too impressed! ) and they supplied and installed a bigger one the same day. No drama or crisis. Friendly, helpful staff. It demonstrated yet again why shopping with local retailers is the best way to go if you can. ( TV same price as a major online retailer ).

We needed a new washing machine. Michael of Holmans was so helpful advising us which machine would suit our needs. We had the option to have it delivered and installed, or we could collect it from their warehouse in Wimborne. We decided to collect. Everything was so easy and the washing machine a Bosch is just perfect for our needs. So easy, thank you

I had minimal space in which to fit a fridge freezer. Holman's coped where everyone else had failed. Excellent service with no nonsense. FF was delivered into a ridiculously tiny space by cheerful and obliging men without any fuss. Brilliant service all round. Thoroughly recommend,
