High cost, no results.

These guys took us for a ride. We spent about 10k euro on marketing managed fully by them, following their advice, and got exactly 0 new customers for a product that costs 12 euro/month. We got a lot of traffic from people that didn't at all fit our customer profile though. Our attempts to set up a discussion of the results were ignored, our mails often went unanswered, and our general perception of this company is that they want to squeeze every penny out of you while doing next to nothing.
