I've used them for years - very good.
I have used this company for years now. Deliveries are always quick - often the very next day - and the goods are well packaged so I have never had to complain about damage. Only on very rare occasions (e.g. the height of the first lockdown) have they been out of stock, and then not for very long.

Great products, fast delivery, helpful people
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Home Brew Online for several years and have always found them to be most helpful and efficient. I am constantly amazed at their delivery times, often within 24 hours of my placing an order - even to the north-east of Scotland.
Needless to say, their products are first class. They offer a wide range of different beer types with corresponding price tags. Whatever price I choose to pay, the beer is of great quality.

One of my orders went missing, lost in a "DPD cloud" somewhere. Contacted Sales @ homebrew online, they apologised and immediately dispatched a replacement order which arrived next day, no fuss. Wow. Absolutely overjoyed with my service from Home Brew Online. I wanted to place an order for a starter kit for my sister's birthday, but as I had already gone beyond my budget I could only use the free shipping option which did state that it may not arrive in time. However, having emailed about the delivery and getting a very prompt response, I placed the order.
The order was despatched the very same day, and the delivery arrived the day after. Home Brew Online really did go above and beyond and I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

I saw a listing on ebay by this…Incorrect listing of goods
I saw a listing on ebay by this company, offering Coopers English bitter, 2 X 40 pint beer making kits for £18.95. I thought this is a good deal and ordered it, when it arrived, there was only one kit. I emailed the company and was told they never sold these kits in twos. I emailed them again, including a screenshot of the posting. They said it was a mistake and blamed ebay for the error. (Ebay said the sellers put up their own postings). I replied saying, you put the offer up and I accepted this and paid you the money, so you should send me the goods I ordered. That was our contract! They refused to send me another kit and said I should contact ebay. I think this is all very shabby and I wonder how many other people had ordered the 2 kit offer and only received 1. I would have thought it was good customer relations to have said "it was our mistake and we will send you another as a goodwill gesture"! Wouldn't trust this company again, I feel like I got scammed!

This issue was discussed via email with the buyer where we explained that this was an error caused by eBay on one of their catalogue listings which is similar to a marketplace listing on Amazon. This means there is a main advertising page found on a general internet search with multiple sellers on it, and when you click through to see further details and buy an item you are then taken through to see the various specific sellers listing. In our case the listing you bought from has the following title:
'Coopers Beer Lager Making Kits Make Home Brew Refill Ingredients Kit Brewing NEW'
Nowhere on our eBay listing which this item was purchased from does it mention 2 tins, the 2 x 40 pint beer kit title was on the generic advert for eBay catalogue listings and had absolutely nothing to do with us or the actual item subsequently purchased. We did not create this generic catalogue advert and had no control over it. We have since contacted eBay to notify them of the issue with their generic catalogue advert and remove us from it because of the confusion they had caused. eBay responded to us to let us know that they had altered the title. Here is their reply copied and pasted:
