Dickens under Ref 1098241 assisted me…

Dickens under Ref 1098241 assisted me to reconnected my line. After step by step tries to reconnect my off line status and patience from him my line got connected. He locked a call with Evotel and this morning Evotel technicians came and sorted it out. Dickens never gave up. Thank you for an exceptional service Dickens

Router issue - Dickens 1094895

Dickens 1094895

I would really like to thank Dickens for his assistance with sorting out my WiFi connection. I was experiencing downtime and he arranged for a new router to be sent. He kept me informed throughout the entire process even calling to check once the router had been delivered and a follow up call to see if it is working fine.

Thanks Dickens and keep up the excellent service.
