Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I ordered a coat hanger that arrived defective, and when I contacted home24, they simply said they could not help — that I should contact their supplier directly. The supplier then offered me either a 30% refund or to repack and return the item at my own effort to get a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Cheap materials, poor quality, and zero sense of responsibility. Beware!

The delivery is going to take too long…
The delivery is going to take too long (3 weeks) and mostly because of the location although still in Switzerland. There was no option to make the delivery go faster even by a few days.

Customer service is a hot mess
When ordering on the home24.ch website it’s indicated that all taxes are included. That’s actually not true and the seller tried to make me pay an extra import tax of 41 CHF. I contacted their customer service and after a month of back-and-forth and trying to blame me for their mess they agreed that the seller should cover the costs. Now it’s a second month of a dispute, they cannot make sure seller takes any action and I received neither the goods nor the refund. Don’t order anything from them because you’ll never know how much you’ll actually need to pay and how long it would take.
