Tried to order replacement GE water filters and received knockoffs that would not work. Trying to return or at minimum communicate with this company is impossible. Live and learn…..

I purchased an executive chair from Homall via Walmart .com, ordered on Jan 1st and received on Jan 10th, after putting the chair together I noticed the stitching was unraveling from the top right side. I contacted them and they keep saying to send them photos, several exchanges later after telling them we can't send photos. We are both elderly and don't have the knowledge or means to send pictures. All we wanted to do was return this chair. Same response from them every time, send photo.

i only order the storage bags and i love them. been reading all this negative stuff,but i have been ordering for about 2 years now and still love it. works good for quilts,blankets, towels, sweaters. i love my stuff and i still am going to order my storage stuff

I wish I could give zero stars!! I ordered portable storage containers, never received them. They don’t respond to emails. Scam company. Don’t order from them!!!!!!

I ordered from them in October 2019 and still haven’t received all my merchandise. Every time you send an email inquiring about the order they send you the same response. This is a horrible place to order from and they will no longer receive my business. Please don’t order from them they will just take your money.

I recently ordered a newborn baby was very satisfied with the babies looks just only gave it four stars for the fact that it took about eight weeks to be delivered expect long delivery time.

Never received order. I ordered a tote bag in September and has yet to receive it. I emailed them numerous times and a representative by the name of Iris or Cecilia responds to me with the same tracking number (74890983116173427913) saying the item is being reshipped. Each email I am provided the same tracking number but told to track with a different carrier. I've requested a refund on every message since we've been in contact and have yet to receive it. This site is a SCAM, do not order from them!!!

If I could give it a minus 0 star I would do that. I have been emailing since April & it is now November about merchandise that I have not received. I would NEVER order or recommend them

This website is horrible, I ordered my order 2 months ago an have yet to receive it. They have not given me an update or even a tracking number but they took my money. I will never order from this site again, an I would advise everyone else to purchase from a more reliable site.

Will not send product I paid for. I emailed after a month. Got the oh sorry email response. Now a month later and still nothing. I won't buy from again.

I wouldn’t purchase anything from this company. I order tomato seeds which is a very small order. The seeds would probably fit in a regular envelope. After 15 days of waiting for the shipping notification, I messaged them to find out what was happening. They sent me a text and said that my order was now ready and as soon as they shipped it they would notify me with a shipping tracking number. After another 15 days I gave up and cancelled my order. They didn’t even say they were sorry that they had taken so long and told me that they were always putting new dresses on their site!
Crappy company and even crappier service! BEWARE!

I actually had a great experience with Home Alls. I'm surprised at this because after I placed my order, I read the negative reviews of this company and it's service and thought that I had just blown $100.00 on storage items. I even tried to cancel my order. But, it took about 10 days and my complete order was delivered to my house. Everything was there. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars is that I wish the storage bags were a bit sturdier. But, considering I spent about $5.00 each for them, expecting super sturdy bags was pretty unrealistic on my part. They will be just fine for me to store clothes in, which is what I was planning to do from the start. I would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered $50.00 worth of seeds for my garden. I ordered some orchids and rainbow chysanthemums and others. Seeds are growing well...because they are all weeds! My plant identifier says I have pigweed. And one I have is even poisonous. What a bogus company. So angry

JUST DONT DO IT. Even if you see something that you THINK you will like it. Its poor quality stuff takes forever to come, and they're screw up your order in the meantime. IF you get your items--and THEY send you the wrong item, good luck trying to get it replaced. I've been in a round circle of emails for two weeks trying to get a set of dog boots replaced that THEY messed up on. I ordered one size but they sent another. I will continue to argue with them if it takes the rest of my life--now its about principle. LOL! I'm the most stubborn person they've ever met, so I'll continue to argue--I'm already 15 emails in. I don't care if I don't get the replacement--even though they cost 30 dollars. Seeing the other reviews, at least I didn't lose more than that. I think the positive reviews left on here are fake and likely paid.

I ordered but have not received my order. I've contacted the company they say check your tracking number. Ha! It said a small package was delivered to my mailbox. NOTHING I ordered would fit in a small package. They even sell on Etsy and you don't get those orders either.

Spent over $100 and a full month later haven't received anything. Tried to contact them and didn't get a response. You are literally just giving away your money, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Well, after reading so many other reviews I feel fortunate that I even received my order! The storage items I ordered were super cheap so I had pretty low expectations. Met. The larger storage bags hold quite a lot, but I dare not fill them up. The shoe storage was worthless. Paper thin and the zipper broke the first time I tried it. I know better than to try and return it - I'll just chalk it up to experience and hope not to repeat this bad decision.

For y'all that haven't received your order, feel lucky. The disappointment of this company is unreal. $40. And I got 4 "bamboo" "storage bins" made of paper thin cloth that probably won't even fit a crib comforter in and 2-12 pair shoe "organizer boxes" which is made of cheap cloth and that's probably only good for sandles. Extremely disappointed.
