who fleeced me for £200. As is obvious have nothing to do with them they

They claim cover TV repairs, what they actually do is target elderly people to con them out of money.
Called my grandma, pressured her into buying a product that didn't even cover her TV set - they state in their T&C's that they won't cover sets over 8 years old, even though she had told them that her TV was 15 years old.
Conned her out of £99 for a 'product' that doesn't even cover her. She said the guy on the phone was very pushy and she felt pressured into buying - which is exactly how fraudsters work as they know elderly people get scared into buying.
Company is registered at a mail-forwarding address in London which also has 179 other companies registered at the same address. Not only this, that very same address located at N1 7GU was also home to a ring of bogus companies that got busted in 2016 after they had defrauded people out of £13million.
The company director is called Oliver James Little and his registered business address is in Brighton (only takes a quick companies house search), the woman on the phone I spoke to had no idea who he is, not really a surprise. She also didn't seem to know that he is listed as a director of a company called The Claims Bureau which also called my grandma and stole around £80 off her claiming the could put through a PPI claim for her.
Absolutely despicable, I can't fathom how anyone can prey on old people like this.
Suffice it to say avoid at all costs, this is not a genuine company.
