I rented my house with Homeaway and...

I rented my house with Homeaway and after 8 months I'm still waiting to be paid. They are not answering anymore to my emails and every time on the phone they said that they are working on it... It's a nightmare!!!!! Never got this kind of problem with Airbnb, Booking and TripAdvisor

SCAMMERS

HomeAway destroyed our holidays!!!
We paid in advance and arrived to the place with 2 small kids.
The owner disappeared!!!
We had to look for another place!!
HomeAway dodn't help us at all!!!

We have contacted HomeAway many times. They write stupid answears like "we are available 7/7 days 24/24 hours" or "please contact us". Is it funny SCAMMERS??
You are THIEVES!!
You gave back 85% money. Where is the rest?????

few day in london

we stayed in chris apt from 10 to 12 of april and we really had good time in london
the apartment is perfect for 4 guests it’s close to metro station (queen’s park) and there are many bus stop around (6-36) so it’s easy to reach and back from centre
chis is nice host always available
hope to back again soon

Booking cancelled vy the host without a motivation.

The owner of the house that I booked cancelled the booking (for which I payed the deposit) after 5 days in order to satisfy another client which needed more days of stay. Customers are not tuteled in this platform. I booked another house through booking.com. Following the motivation:

Sorry, but I can not keep your reservation because I had a problem in the house, in the plumbing.

I'm sorry again

The house is booked for that period to other people now.

Great for relaxing sea holydays a stone’s throw from the sea

We had dreamed of going to Sicily for a long time and for this reason we tried to choose the best and so it was, to not find unpleasant surprises. Highly recommended villa Mary. Home, cleanliness, comfort, availability and courtesy were impeccable. The house, the garden were like the photos, you arrive at the beach on foot in not even 5 minutes and you can easily reach the most famous places in south-eastern Sicily. Finally biscuits and prosecco were very welcome.

Everything was well since our first…

Everything was well since our first meeting with Camilla and Marco. No doubt on the place itself with all we need for great rest in Terracina. Only downside was raining for 1 day and half, but we coul enjoy a lovely verand totally covered.

Overcharges!!!

I noticed you charge the client a ridiculouly high agence commission above the price offered online by the house owners. While all online agencies in the world are adopting the policy of “best price guaranteed” and clearly announce no charges to the client, you go the opposite way. Not good.

No customer service

Horrible service
I booked stating my arrival time and I got a confirmation with a different one
I wrote and still I don't know if I lose my money
Easy research and website navigation but no customer service
Pessimo servizio
